2021-2022 Certificate of Achievement and Service Excellence (CASE) Nomination Form

To be eligible for Mercer University’s CASE program, students must have a 3.5 GPA and demonstrate service involvement during high school. The GPA is defined by the school’s reported GPA and can be weighted. The service involvement is defined by continuous involvement in at least one service project and/or organization membership centered on service.
